Saw this pretty little tree growing at a park in Gr. Cayman recently. A nicely shaped, multi-trunk tree about 15ft. tall. I didn't see it growing anywhere else we went - and we toured the island from end to end!

At first glance I thought it had red flowers but a closer look says the red might be seed capsules. Sorry I didn't get enough close pictures (with my phone, also unfortunately) to see the flowers. There also seemed to be a delightful scent from the area, and this was the only plant with flowers/seeds around so I assumed it was coming from this.
