Well my boyfriend's mom just gave me a cute lil plant to take care of and i actually really like it and would like for it to thrive but she doesn't exactly know its name she's simply had one for a few years and it had lil babies on the tips of its leaves and she gave me one that fell off so it wouldn't die. I want to know more about it but sfter hours of searching i cant find a plant that looks like it or its name Confused The one shown is the parent plant!

A type of Kalanchoe... perhaps someone else can pin down the species for you. One of the common names is "Mother of millions" because of the baby plants on the leaves. I think they're also called the "Friendship Plant" because they're so easily shared..

Thank you so much I would have never guessed! I looked them.up and it seems to look an awful lot like the Kalanchoe gastonis-bonnieri, even the way the babies grow on the very tip of the leaf and the pattern but if anyone has anymore insight they are greatly appreciated since ive never kept a plant before Smiling

Agree:
Donkey Ears (Kalanchoe gastonis-bonnieri)

Keep it in your sunniest spot, water when dry, & it should do well.
