I decided not to do a NY Resolution I am going with wishes. It is a brand new year. A clean new unknown start. I am making a list and going to put it in my bible and take it out NY eve 2017 and see how many of my wishes and dreams came true.

This is going to go in my record of wishes and not things to worry about and feel depressed because I did not make it happen. They are things I want and wish will happen.

This is my Garden list of wishes. What are your Garden wishes. Maybe I can borrow a few. nodding

1. At least 2 days (would prefer 7) but I would be happy with 2 days in January of 50 degrees and above temps and no rain. I could go out and do some things that I have not had time to do because of my life changing event.

2. Get my greenhouse plans started.

3. Find a logger to cut down and sell the timber of 150 trees on my property.

4. Build 4 brick planters. Two for the entrance of my gazeboo
and two on either side of my patio door.

5. Finish my glass totems that I started and never finished for the gardens

6. Finish the mosaic bench for the front garden.

7. Finish the pond on the patio.

Cinta, somewhat along the same line of thought, instead of "resolutions" I decided to go with "goals and plans" this year. Many of which, like yours, seem to involve finishing something that I started but never completed. Rolling my eyes.

My main goal for gardening is (like pretty much every other year) to get my perennial flower garden back into shape, including removing some plants and rearranging others. But mainly to get the weeds under control and do a real edging around it.

Wishing you a safe, healthy and happy New Year! Smiling

Let's see! What are my garden wishes for 2017!!

1.) I would like to everyday work on different beds to keep the weeds under control. Like, Monday work on the beds in the south side of the front yard. Tuesday work on the beds in the north side of the front yard, Wednesday work on beds in the back yard, and so on.

2.) I want to paint a wood pallet flag.

3.) Work on decorating some bowling balls for my flower beds.

4.) Make a dragonfly out of wood table legs and fan blades.

5.) Make time to go fishing and horseback riding.

6.) Divide some plants when it is the appropriate time to do it.

7.) Work on the area of my garden between the two raised bed areas. I would like to have a pergola or something similar built there with a swing in it.

8.) Take a vacation.

Just to name a few.

WOW that is a lot you have growing. I have never been able to grow plant from seed indoors. I have done good with the winter sow with the jugs outside in the snow letting mother nature taking care of them

I managed to get the bulbs planted.
