I hope this counts as garden art. If it does not, feel free to delete it.

I found this at Goodwill today on sale for 50% off. Can anybody name any of the species?

Nice find! It looks like they're mounted on handcrafted paper. I used to do that. I'd mix it up in a blender and form it in sheets.
I'm not sure which species your dried blooms are.

I have no idea what is involved in making handcrafted paper. Is it just recycled paper, or do you start with trees?

I'd say that definitely counts as garden art! Very nice! And I'd never heard of handcrafted paper, either.

I think I might recognize some kind of chrysanthemum and some kind of coreopsis, but it is difficult because I am not used to looking at them dried out.

Making paper by crafters usually starts with recycled paper. You can add scents, and things for texture like small seeds or tiny flowers. Here is some info. It's fun to try it.

I shouldn't take the time, but I love a puzzle, and can't resist. My sister used to press a lot of flowers, so here goes.
Thumb of 2017-01-02/HemNorth/176824 (Wow - first time I've been able to copy something into here, from a thread)
Top row, left to right:
#1 - left to right:Silene armeria or Catchfly; Centaurea cyanus or Bachelor's Button; Coreopsis tinctoria or Plains Coreopsis; ?; Bachelor's Button; another B. B. ?; Miniature Rose - The Fairy? or small Floribunda Rose spray
#2 - Miniature Rose spray and Tanacetum parthenium or Feverfew
#3 - Plains Coreopsis; 2 Bachelor's Buttons; and am unsure of pale petals at base: white single roses or Malva moschata?

Bottom row, left to right:
#1 - Plains Coreopsis and Feverfew
#2 - ? ? ?
#3 - Floribunda Rose spray - The Fairy?; 2 Bachelor's Buttons; taller stem: Daisy? Chrysanthemum?; and another small spray of roses or double Geum?

Well, that was fun - but yes it took me too long! Better go and wash my dishes. Whistling

Nice job of ID-ing, Nora! (But I still think one of those in the top right may be a carnation. Smiling )

And you may very well be right, Woofie. Smiling I'm certainly not attached to being right - those are only guesses. My reasoning was: the very thin stems; the configuration of the petal edges resembled the notching of the Bachelor's Button pictures I looked at. The blossom at the right has a thatched base similar to the spent flower in the bottom left of the first photo below, or as in the 2nd photo.

On the other hand, the long stem has no branching, which could mean it was a carnation stem, and carnations have a smoother and longer bulbous base to the blossom. I think it's anybody's guess.
Thumbs up

Maybe I should take them apart and try to plant them and see what grows? Ha ha.

I live in environment which carnations dislike so that probably wouldn't even work.

I love dried and pressed flowers. I once collected flowers from our gardens that my neighbor and I shared. Dried them and pressed them. Then set them between two pieces of glass in a frame when she left the neighborhood so she could take part of us with her.
Life is short, Break the rules, Forgive quickly, Kiss slowly, Love Truly, Laugh
uncontrollably, And never regret anything that made you Smile.
