I don't know the species of this plant in the pic below. Its a type of fig as per info from the garden centre i bought this from. I had this for a few months. The leaves on this plant are drying off in a peculiar way. 2 plants are showing same symptoms. Please help me in solving this problem.

"Leaves that become chocolate-colored, over-watered or else plant that has almost no earth and the vessel is almost all roots." Read in a plant fórum.
It looks like a ficus elastica variegata.
