This variety grows slower than the non variegated one. It also smells different. Not as nice, IMO. But I do love the color tinge the leaves can get when they get enough light. I'll add a 2nd pix of what they normally look like. They say you can use it in cooking. I would not. Both varieties are just way too strong smelling. Gene

It's pretty. I had it in an outdoor pot once and it was surprisingly hardy in hot afternoon sun. I agree, the smell doesn't tempt me to taste it.
