I am trying to find this rose bush here in Canada without luck Does anyone know where I might it here ?

Welcome! Since it's a hybrid tea it may not do well in most of Canada except the warmer areas of BC, so you might want ot check rose catalogues in BC. The NGA database here says Zone 7 and warmer for that particular rose. Have you looked for it under any of its alternative names, listed on the NGA page?:

It doesn't seem to be available anywhere accessible to you this year. Hortico, in Ontario, occasionally carries it, but not this year. Garden Valley Ranch is in California, but it ships roses to Canada, and it also isn't carrying it this year. Garden Valley Ranch calls it 'Elegant Lady,' by the way, in case you look for it there next year.
