I think it is papaya but it is not really a tree. It has green purple pod flowers that hang down. The weight of the flowers would drag the stalk to the ground if not for the ivy vine trying to capture it.

I'm not sure what it is but I am absolutely sure it's not a papaya. Very pretty though.

Its a type of Kalanchoe. Smiling
