Can anyone tell me what this plant is ?

Also how to care for it ?

It seems to love the warm Enviroment it is in as it is near a tuble dryer and a hot tub

Room temp average 30 degree in summer months
Winter months 10 degree

Showing good growth

Pothos vine. I believe it's now known as Epipremnum aureum.

I agree, Epipremnum aureum (Golden Pothos) and it looks like you have the perfect temperatures and humidity for it. It's a popular houseplant for many; here in Florida it travels along the ground and climbs high up into trees.
