The first one is an azalea. The second reminds me of Indian Hawthorne. Have you seen it bloom?

Hello.

thanks for the reply. unfortunately I have not seen it bloom. however i do not think the 2 picture is a raphiolepis. at first i thought it could be a malus or an evergreen prunus. but when i open up the fruit i cant find any drupes. anyway, i will keep looking for it.
