I was reminded of the tv ad for that fast food chain where the 2 guys are sitting in a car talking and the one guy says "I'm a perennial." "What, you're like a plant?" "Yeah, everybody thinks I'm dead and then a year later I just show up." Rolling on the floor laughing

I'm def a perennial. I LOVE to keep a journal on my garden, whether anybody reads it or not. Just typing out what I'm doing and thinking keeps the creative juices flowing.
I'm glad you're a perennial too because I like reading about your garden adventures. Thumbs up Thumbs up

Cinda, I love the comparison! I hope I turn out to be a perennial too - like you and Annie. You might still consider me a seedling but my roots are taking hold and it looks like I am going to survive another season Big Grin
Seriously though, I am so glad I discovered this forum!

Thank you, I think maybe I see people through green garden glasses , I definitely spend more time with my plants than people Rolling my eyes.

I enjoy reading both your blogs , but I have to say Annie you some times wear me out just reading all the work you are constantly doing.

Sharlene , those were some great animal shots , and I am looking forward to the next installment of your garden history.

Think of it as vicarious exercise....I read somewhere that the human brain reacts to watching activity by others as if the person is actually doing the activity herself. So when I read about Seedfork hauling in tons of leaf mulch, my muscles start to ache! Rolling on the floor laughing
