Thank you for letting folks know about us. Your word-of-mouth recommendations are greatly appreciated.

In regards to your mention of the dwarf tomatoes ... that is an interesting story. Although the focus of our mission is to preserve heritage (heirloom) garden plant varieties, dwarf varieties are historically quite rare yet fill an important gardening niche.

The founder of the Dwarf Tomato Project (Craig LeHoullier) is a very good friend of mine. Over the years, he has submitted many interesting old varieties to our collection and when he started talking about his interest in breeding dwarfs, my interest was piqued.

In our society, more and more folks are living in locations with little to no gardening space. So although the introductions from the Dwarf Tomato Project are "new," they are born from heritage varieties and open up heirloom quality tomato gardening to these space challenged folks.

Thank you again for supporting our seed variety preservation work with your orders and your recommendations! Thank You!
