@dave - The last day or 2 I've had problems trying to upload pictures to some of my posts. Not a set pattern in that I might upload a picture w/o a problem and then, b/c I'm rather chatty, I decide to upload another picture in the same post.
What happens is that I'll see the usual 'Uploading . . .' and it keeps trying. I think it must be hanging itself up in a never ending loop. No error messages. But I actually went into the kitchen to make a salad and when I got back to my desk the system was still trying to upload. So I took the hint and hit 'preview' which at least stopped the 'hang' or whatever was going on.

Earlier today I took a few pictures with my iPhone of the book covers of the 2 books I've reviewed. (Wicked and Garden Junk) So I went back to edit my book reviews by adding said pictures. Nope. Couldn't do it.

I don't know if this has been a recurring problem that others are having and have already reported to you. I just figured that if I could make a salad and the dang picture hadn't finished uploading, then I may as well put it out of its misery, so to speak. But I do want to reiterate that earlier this evening I was able to upload pictures to some posts and it only took a few seconds.

If you need this info, I'm using a Mac running 10.12.2; using Safari 10.0.2. My iPhone that I used to take the pictures is on iOS 10.2. And if you need more info I can go back to see where, other than the books, I had success / failure in uploading photos to posts.

I'm not exactly sure what the issue might be, but I do know that for the past 2 days we've had much higher than normal traffic to the server. Things seem to be settling down a bit now so I'd be interested to know if your problem persists through today.

I know of some one else that is having the same problem. They sent there photos to me and I uploaded them to the thread.
Could it be a problem with the browser? He is using Chrome.
I remember when I had a problem for awhile and it was something with an update that Firefox did.

I'll try to keep notes when I'm about to post a picture. I know that random problems are the hardest to figure out.
Will attempt to post a picture soon but need to get on my desktop to do it. It's in the coldest room of my house so I'm using my phone right now.

@dave - I successfully uploaded 2 pictures to my review of Wicked Plants. Very quick. (Won't do it now but might delete one picture.)

Next I tried to upload a photo to my review of Garden Junk. System was hanging. So I clicked on 'Return to'.
Then tried Edit again to upload the photo. No luck. Hanging. Clicked on Preview and then Finished.

Will keep you updated if I have anything to update.

When I have similar problems my daughter says, "Restart the computer and try again"; it works every time. Thumbs up
