Hi I have cut the soft trunk just above the ground of a number of the plants (as it was too difficult to dig out of the ground(. Can I plant/propagate from these trunk/branches? Thanks

Yep the branches/stems/leaves are all full and healthy. Do I just plant the trunk bit where I cut it in the dirt?
