Pinky is being a diva and is opening ever so slowly today.
(Of course, I guess I shouldn't really complain considering that she was a
seed only 7 weeks ago.

Meanwhile, her photographer doesn't seem able to get a decent photo today so these will have to do for now. They aren't the sharpest photos but you can see that the flowers are both white and pink like their mother!
This particular seedling is also producing a lot of axillary growth near the base which I consider a good sign. I'm hoping that it will have a nice, bushy habit when it gets bigger.
I'll update again when my model decides to stick out her lower lip and give me the pouty look.
Edit: Well, she kept blooming but kept that lower lip upturned. I'm hoping that won't be a permanent characteristic. Some specimens do keep this less-attractive characteristic.This is the first flush of blooms and it's growing under abnormal conditions (inside, under fluorescent lights) so there may still be some hope of correction.
