Up til recently, all new plant proposals went into the general "miscellaneous proposals" queue. I have changed this and new plant proposals now have their own queue.

As a moderator, you will see this at the top of your "Moderator Box" on the homepage. It will say "1 new plant proposal" in nice big wording. Click on that to access the new queue.

You'll find it's quite different than the other queues. You can actually edit the proposal right on that page prior to approving it.

The current feature missing is that when you decline a proposal, it does not give you a box to type your explanation into. I will (hopefully) soon be adding that in.
