I grew these from seed that were labeled Lupinus perennis. I don't think that is what they are. The leaf shape seems wrong and they just seem more like a cultivated variety than a wild one to me. Can anyone identify them based on these pictures, or give me some specific characteristics to look for and photograph if they come back in the spring? They have overwintered in zone 5 for several years now and spread by fallen seed a bit. There are fine hairs visible on the leaf edges and underneath.
