Hi and welcome, we need a little more information and maybe a couple more pictures to help you here. A picture of the whole plant would be most helpful. It looks like a citrus of some sort, maybe?

Did you want to know what kind of plant it is? Or what the little buttons/fruits are? If it is a citrus, the little buttons are flowers that have lost their petals but may or may not have been pollinated, so you'd have to wait to see if a fruit forms.

Please also tell us where in the world you are, as this will help with the ID. Fill in your profile with at least city/state and country so we get an idea of the climate. A zone doesn't help enough.
