|I am 99.9% sure that it is Fraxinus excelsior...commonly called an European Ash tree.
This one looks to be a very young seedling tree.
In winter on large trees they are very easy to id from the black colour/shape of the buds.
Sadly they are now suffering very badly from Ash die back in Britain.
