Can you wait until Arthurian (Anthuriium) plants droop before watering?

Welcome!

My Anthurium are always in water. Two of them are rooted in the gravel of a shallow pond, one in a self-watering pot and one in a saucer of water.

Letting Anthurium wilt between waterings isn't a good idea.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
