The days are getting longer, but my LFD is May 25. What do you do to keep from seeding too early?

I clean trays etc in the bath tub.

I thought I was the only one with my seeds organized on my kitchen table waiting to be planted.
I keep trying to estimate the number of trays I will need, I know I've over ordered. But i cut out the pictures from the catalogs and stick them in arrangements on sheets of paper, one for each border so i can keep dreaming of what it will all look like in the summer.
