Does anyone have a recommendation for creating privacy with plants for a porch with narrow space in planters

Could you please give us an idea of your location first? It's really hard to recommend plants without knowing what your climate is like. There's a spot on your profile to fill in your city/state/country so that it will appear in all your posts.

Also we'd need to know what direction your porch faces or at least which direction the sunlight comes from during the day. i.e. if the plants will get a little bit of sun, a lot of sun, or no sun at all.

How big are your planters, and how deep? Could you put up a trellis for a vine to climb on?

If you have BIG planters, bamboo would be great, if not, I like the vine + trellis idea.

A photo of the porch would be helpful, too. Smiling
