If you accidentally touch moss is it poisonous or harmful?

I'm a little curious as to why you asked your question -- were you told that moss could be harmful to touch? Might be helpful if we had a general idea where you are located, and a photo of the moss in question would also be great, if you have one Smiling

I agree moss is not dangerous to touch. It grows on trees in the forests and rocks and mostly moist enviroments from what I've seen. The lake I go to has lots of it growing. You can check out 'moss and stone gardens' website for facts on moss Welcome! :)
