I bought this at the nursery and it was labeled as a Desert Rose Cactus.. doesn't look like it to me.

It doesn't look like any kind of cactus OR desert rose to me. Maybe someone put the tag in the wrong pot, but I would think the owner/cashier would have caught it.

Does your plant have thorns? It's definitely not Adenium (Desert Rose) and I agree with purpleinopp, it looks a lot like Pereskia which is commonly called Rose Cactus.

Thank you Purpleinopp, I think it does look like pereskia aculeata! I clicked the link and scrolled until I saw one that looked familiar. I never would have guessed. I don't see any thorns but perhaps that's because it's too young?

Yup, I think this looks like Pereskia aculeata cv. godseffiana. Thumbs up
