It's very beautiful, but hasn't done much here in two years. I have doubts as to whether it will thrive, but it's too soon to reach conclusions. Not a tall plant

I got this cultivar this fall : ) I want to breed for fragrance as well as form and from what I can tell, most fragrant daylilies come from fragrant parents or grandparents.

DIANA'S EVENING GOWN is in the new south bed with all of my other Maryott's newbies. She settled in well. I think this was one of the ones that started fanning out as the fall progressed. We've had a mild, damp winter so the daylilies have had it pretty easy...Perhaps I can grab a pic of it tomorrow- too dark now : )

More on DEG next season : )
