Plant ID forum: Does anyone know what this is please?

Hello
I've been searching my books trying to find out what this lovely looking plant is but haven't had any luck.
It was climbing up bean poles so might be some sort of bean plant? The flower was out mid September.

Ipomoea lobata. An annual in the morning glory family - beautiful!
