I bought the Swiss Cheese Plant or Monstera Deliciosa for a few weeks. I potted them in a pot without the drainage hole, because I saw on google some grow well without drainage hole. Now i notice my plants turn yellow, brown papery tips. Please help save my plant.

Welcome!

I assumed you were drowning your plant. But it actually looks like you are failing to water it. Unless you are a very experienced plant enthusiast, don't try to grow a plant in a pot without drainage.

My advice to save your plant: re-pot and give it some water. If you really like the current pot, put your plant in another pot that will fit within the current pot. Then you can check on water needs without worry of over or under watering.
