Hey my plant has been slowly succumbing to some kind of disease or sickness. I have no clue anymore on way to make it healthy again. Does anyone have any suggestions? Here's some pictures of what is happening.

This appears to be a kalanchoe and looks like a fungal infestation, which can be caused by a number of circumstances including too much humidity, too much water, not enough air circulation, and probably some others. I'm terrible with kalanchoes, though, so am probably the worst person to give you advice on how to make & keep it healthy.
