Ya, look around your immediate area to see if there are any palms growing nearby. If so, that is likely the parent. Palms hardy in our area often send up volunteers regularly, helped to spread by our fine feathered friends.

I agree with Palm seedling! It reminds me a lot of Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens) or possibly Sabal Palm (Sabal palmetto)

For comparison, these are Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens)seedlings popping up in a weedy area of my property:
