It is a Kalanchoe called 'Mother of Thousands' (Kalanchoe daigremontiana). If you live in a very warm area, you could plant it outside, otherwise, its a house plant.

Hi Mayo0502, Welcome!

I agree, you lovely plant looks to be Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe daigremontiana) and many grow it as an indoor house plant. As Daisyl mentioned, if you live in a warm climate it can be planted outdoors but beware that in some areas it is considered invasive. Those are new little "plantlets" growing along the leaf edges and when they fall to the ground, they take root creating large colonies of plants.

Hi & welcome!

It's K. laetivirens, not daigremontiana:
Mother of Thousands (Kalanchoe laetivirens)

I'm glad @purpleinopp Tiffany popped in here ... I forgot that she grows Kalanchoe's and is very knowledgeable with their differences! You should definitely go with K. laetivirens as the correct identity of your plant!

Tiffany,

Is that a new name for Kalanchoe daigremontiana? Or a completely different plant?

The pics in the daigremontiana entry here don't all look like that species to me.
