I thought under the dahlia the c ompositae is what I was suppose to write. I do not know how to complete the rest of the questions. Here is the image.

or is it called hibiscaeae?

Dahlias are in the Asteraceae family, which used to be called Compositae. However, the Plants Database here doesn't include family level taxonomy (or above), so in the case of dahlias, you just need to enter the Genus, which conveniently enough, is Dahlia, plus the cultivar name.
