What TLC would I like?
Would this plant like a pot just a little bigger , maybe keeping most of the roots intact and move to a pot 2 inchs wider?
What type of fertilizer if any would this plant prefer??

It's a primrose (Primula). Bright light but not direct sun, somewhere fairly cool. Keep the soil evenly moist but not wet and don't let it get too dry. No, it does not need repotting. It also may not need fertilizer, at least in the short term. You can plant it outside once the weather is warm enough, they're not that easy to keep going long term indoors.
