When should I start seeing eyes on my tubers that have been stored over the winter inside?

Growth should begin after you put them under lights. They'll need some soil so they can form roots.

Here in zone 7 we start them growing indoors in April but that can be delayed depending on when they are to be planted in the garden - the same time as tomatoes are planted.
