Plant ID forum: Mystery plant at the top of the butte

I found three of these plants in large cracks between rocks at the top of a butte (~2000 ft.) in the Willamette Valley, Oregon, this February. Any information would be terrific! Cheers ~ Andrew

Pellaea species? Stems and leaves would be very stiff, almost woody.

Thanks! That may be what it is; very rigid to the touch. I presume I will have to wait until the leaves open fully to identify the species though...
