I bought a BOP at Home Depot about 6 weeks ago. I repotted the 10" plant into a 12" pot at home. There are 3 plants in the pot and each has grown a new leaf in the past couple weeks. Unfortunately, I have noticed "tipping" (browning leaf tips) and the spots in the attached picture. Can anyone tell me what could have caused this? Thank you

Did water get on the leaves? I'm assuming it's outside in the sun. Any other info would be helpful.

Is the plant inside or outside? If outside, where do you live? Are you watering? Is this a new leaf or an old leaf? More photos would be nice.

The plant is inside. I water and mist with "filtered" tap water. Only old leaves have the spots.
