A photo and a bit of location information would help us to help. Smiling I have a couple of plants in my kitchen on the table and mine aren't blooming now either. However, the small cutting sitting in a pot on the window sill has nice pretty pink blooms on it. So perhaps your plant wants more light.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.

My geraniums are outdoors, and they usually bloom for me when it starts going warm like temps sustained in the 65F to 75F and especially after a good rain and warm up, it will make its blooms. Needs very good light.

It would also help to know how long you've had it. Is it from a cutting? From a store/nursery?

Also... Welcome! !
