No leaves or blossoms yet, but fuzzy items on the tips of the branches. Not sure if these are seed pods or leaf buds ready to sprout. Thanks!

Looks like American Elm again (Ulmus americana) - which is ID du jour this week.

Those are the immature seeds, following previous flowering.
