Velvet Elephant Ears a tree like shrub that can grow to 12 ft. high. It will produce small, greenish yellow flowers in winter. For the looks of it your plant needs water. Make sure and do not over-water but the plant should be a bit greener.

The scientific name is Kalanchoe beharensis. I didn't know they got that BIG.
