Would it be beneficial to plants to make a 'smoothie' for them using banana peel, coffee grounds, egg shells, and soda water?

The soda water is not a great idea for watering most plants, I would imagine (quite acidic, pH 3-4 way below neutral).

If you allow the other ingredients to compost (break down naturally) first, they might be helpful. Raw fruit and vegetable matter needs to turn into soil before plants can get the nutrients out of it. Putting it into a blender only gets it part of the way there.
