I BOUGHT SOME SEED POTATOES I CUT THE ONES UP THAT HAD EYES ON THEM BUT I STILL HAVE PIECES LEFT WITH NO EYES ON THEM WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THEM I WOULD HATE TO THROW THEM AWAY CAN I TAKE THEM AND GROW MORE EYES OR WOULD THAY JUST ROT I LIVE IN ZONE 7B NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

If you have no eyes, then there will be no sprouts from that piece. The idea is to cut them into pieces with a minimum of one eye per piece. If the potatoes were not treated the eyeless pieces could be cooked. Back in the WWII years it was common practice to take large potatoes cut out a golf ball sized chuck (actually they said Guinea egg size) containing eye(s) and cook the remainder when all the eyes had been removed.

I'm going to say. Let them sit out for a week or two. Maybe they will sprout. Shrug!
Or plant them. Just for fun. 😁
