I have some spring flowers growing in my lawn and would like to transplant them to flower beds. Can I do this in the spring when they are blooming and I can find them? If I wait until fall they have been mowed over and I forget about them.

I would go ahead and try transplanting now; it sounds like their best chance for a better life.

I agree you might lose the flowers, but you will have the plants for future years.
