Your lovely plant reminds me a lot of African Milk Bush (Euphorbia bicompacta var. rubra) My plants leaves get very colorful the more sun it receives.

Thank you Lin for helping me ID my plant. Mine does color up nicely in the sun. It does bleed a milky substance when I make cuttings. My friend gave it to me and I have never seen another one.
