What month should Satsuma trees start to bloom? And can they do fruit without bee pollination?

I am in zone 9a, Houston TX area. I noticed my potted Satsuma tree (6 years old) has flower buds. We have had some unusually warm temperatures. Where are you located Welcome!

Satsuma are self-pollinating so no bees or bugs required.
