Can anyone identify, or have suggestions as to what kind of palms these are? They are thin, go all the way up to the top of the building which is a very spacious 2 stories. I think they are gorgeous. They appear to be "self cleaning".

Maybe Christmas Palm (Adonidia merrillii) which I think are sometimes used in shopping malls.

I think that may be it. I love their shape and thin size. They seem to be very clean and easily maintained. I would have to live in southern Florida to have any, though.

@Metrosideros Dave, thanks for the backup! Thumbs up I wasn't really certain of the identity, it was only a guess on my part.

Sunshine palm / Montgomery palm
Veitchia montgomeryana
I use to have some (freeze) they usually grow much taller than the Christmas palm and they are the picture perfect palm tree. One of my favorites and self cleaning
