So that we may not lose the links to things we find interesting and useful, they can be posted here for referencing later and may be linked back to their original thread, if so desired. I know we do now have the nice "star" feature Dave gave us , but thought it might be nice to keep the Forum-related Links together in one spot. This way we can go back and find things we may not have needed at the time of the post. ![]() There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. Since weather plays such an important role in the life of our gardens (as well as most everything else!), Here is a link I find very useful. You can click on your state for details. http://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/... There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. I would say abnormally wet here, or at least we are getting our 'snow' as rain. The ground is still soft & wet in the iris beds which is cold on the fingers when weeding. We didn't plant any new bulbs here this year & other plants are done in the spring. |

Select Seeds has sections for both seeds and plants they call 'Cottage Garden Annuals' : http://www.selectseeds.com/cgi... and a nice catalog. There are two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle - Albert Einstein. |
