I believe it's either a philodendron or an anthurium, but it's hard to be certain or narrow down a variety from the picture.

I agree with Carter, it appears to be either a Philodendron or Anthurium.

It kinda, sorta reminds me of the juvenile form of my Spade Leaf Philodendron (Philodendron 'Fantasy')

I thought it might possibly be juvenile leaves of Split-leaf Philodendron (Monstera deliciosa) too but I think the leaves in question are more spade shaped whereas juvenile Monstera leaves I've seen have been more rounded/heart shaped.

Many varieties of philodendrons and anthuriums are grown indoors. Yours is definitely one of the two. If you could provide a few more focused photos of the main stem and the leaf petioles that might help narrow it down.
