This is an aeonium not an echeveria. Looks like this one. Aeonium (Aeonium haworthii 'Dream Color')

Yes, the fine hairs on the edge of the leaves tell you this is Aeonium not Echeveria. It's not Kiwi though, which has pointier leaves and the unusual feature that the variegation becomes less and less prominent as leaves mature. With your plant, if anything, the trend goes the other way.
