We have a tangelo tree that bloomed and has/had tiny fruit. The problem is that something has chewed on the twig right behind the fruit and causing it to fall off. We do have some bees in the area, but also have a lot of wasps. Could the wasps be chewing on the new twigs just behind the fruit? Or what else might be causing the problem. This is the first year this has happened and the tree is over 10 years old. What can be done?

Rats? Deer? Raccoons?
