I'm sure I told you how awful I felt intentinally after the colonoscopy. I felt bad yesterday again. I think yesterday's illness was related to intestinal bacteria. It wasn't IBS and it wasn't a cold or the flu. I was just lay-on-the-couch-and-watch-t.v. nauseated and did not improve at all all day. I ate very little. When I had finished the expensive probiotic about ten days ago, I was feeling o.k. so I switched to a cheaper probiotic. I also went from Activia to Greek yogurt. I see now that it was too soon for that. Yesterday evening we went to the store and got the expensive probiotic and Activia. I took some as soon as I got home and DH was like, do you feel better now? I was like, it takes some time. I feel a lot less nauseated this morning and was able to eat something mild. I do feel weak, so DH will have to water my plants. BTW, what I have been eating is good for intestinal bacteria, so I don't have a problem there. The expensive probiotic can be bought cheaper through Amazon but I don't want to risk it since it is supposed to be kept below 77F. Those mail trucks get really hot.

I hope you feel better tomorrow, Kelli. I buy two different probiotics from Amazon all year, even in our hot and humid summers, and they seem to work great for us. Align costs less than half of what I pay at Krogers if I order from Amazon.

In preparation for going out for lunch with the "girls" (old lady friends) today, I walked 2 miles on my treadmill this morning in 45 minutes.

Don't squat with yer spurs on!

People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved

5 convoluted laps around the mall = a good 5 km. I walked alone this morning. Covered the same distance in an hour while it usually takes 1 hour 10 minutes.

Looks like four of us will mall walk tomorrow. We were hoping to start walking outside, but tomorrow we're supposed to have 2 cm of snow.
