My amaryllis are blooming 3 -4 weeks early. Not much winter here at all. I seemed to have missed this but did you have all your trees cut?

No, last year I cut down the cedar trees that were next to the drive and had gotten so tall they were tangled in the power lines above them.
Now (the power company and crews they hired are still working at the moment) they are just cutting the trees in the back that are in the 50 foot right of way on my property for the power line that has been dead for the past ? years, and they are going to put in new poles and a larger lines and re energize it, so they finally getting around to cutting all the trees. I do hope that today (maybe) will finally be the last day of them here!
